1. Who sells

Hobby to Business is sold by Cycling Incubators B.V., KvK 92639909, Oisterwijksebaan 130, 5018 CD Tilburg, the Netherlands. VAT number: NL866124962B01. Email: loek@cyclingincubators.com.

2. What you buy

Digital products: the Hobby-to-Business Blueprint (PDF) and, if you choose them, the Pitch Pack, the Phone-Only Content Kit and the First 10 Buyers Scripts. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for yourself. Please don't resell or share the files.

The Founding Cohort is an online course in 6 weekly lessons with 3 live group calls, delivered through an online portal. Lessons are released as they are made. The start date is sent to you by email within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe. Your payment method is saved by Stripe only to let you add an offer with one click on the next page. It is never charged without your click.

4. Delivery

Digital files are available on your download page right after payment and through "Find my order" with your order code.

5. Right of withdrawal and guarantee

For digital content, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away, which ends the legal 14-day right of withdrawal once the files are made available. For the Founding Cohort, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies as required by law.

On top of that, my own guarantee applies to everything: email me within 14 days of purchase and I refund the full amount of that product. No questions.

6. Results

The blueprint and course share what I did and what worked for me. Your results depend on your own work, market and choices. I don't promise income.

7. Liability

My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

8. Complaints and law

Email me first, I answer within 3 working days. Dutch law applies. As an EU consumer you keep the protection of the law of your own country.
