What I collect, and why

• Your email address and first name, to deliver your order, send your receipt and, for the course, your login. Legal basis: performing our agreement.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. I never see your full card or bank details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that part.
• Order records are kept for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
• Workbook answers, only if you send them on the workbook page, so I can help you better. They are stored with Netlify (my web host). Ask me and I delete them.
• One reminder if you start an order and your payment doesn't go through. Just one, never a mailing list. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Reply "stop" and you won't get it.
• Emails about your order are sent through Resend, an email service that processes them on my behalf.
• Ad measurement (Meta Pixel), only if you click OK in the cookie notice. It tells me which ads lead to a purchase. You can say no and everything still works.

What I don't do

I don't sell your data. I don't add you to a mailing list without asking. Your browser remembers the email you typed at checkout, only on your own device, so you don't have to type it twice.

Your rights

You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Email me. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
